Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the platform operated by Stark Ajans Reklam ve Yazılım San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Socinify”, “we”) at https://socinify.com. By using the service you agree to these terms; if you don’t, don’t use it.

1. What we do

Socinify is a reseller panel that forwards your orders to third-party social-growth providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any social media platform.

2. Accounts

• One account per person. Multi-accounting for bonus or coupon abuse is prohibited.
• Email verification is required for refunds and withdrawals.
• You’re responsible for your credentials. Report suspicious activity to [email protected].
• We may suspend accounts for fraud, chargeback, abusive behavior, or ToS violations.

3. Prohibited uses

Do not use the panel for accounts hosting illegal content, harassment campaigns, copyright infringement, or blatant platform-ToS violations.

4. Orders, payment, delivery

• Balances load in TRY, USD, EUR, BRL. FX uses live mid-market + a markup disclosed at checkout.
• Once dispatched to the provider, cancellation is generally not possible.
• Delivery times are estimates.
• Partial deliveries are auto-refunded pro-rata.

6. Limitation of liability

Service is provided “as is.” We aren’t liable for platform policy changes, account restrictions, or enforcement actions by third-party platforms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms with at least 14 days’ notice via email or in-panel banner.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law; Istanbul courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
