Refund Policy

Orders are digital and generally not reversible once forwarded to a provider. We auto-refund anything the provider fails to deliver.

1. Automatic refunds

• Provider rejected the order → 100% refund instantly
• Provider canceled / errored → 100% refund on next poll (under 5 min)
• Partial delivery → pro-rata refund for the unfulfilled portion

Refunds credit your account balance (ledger entry: order_refund).

2. Digital-service exception

Turkish consumer protection law (article 15/1, law 6502) excludes the 14-day right-of-withdrawal for instantly-delivered digital services. The automatic refund rules above still apply in full.

3. Manual refunds

Open a support ticket or email [email protected] for:

• Account restrictions caused by an order we dispatched (proof required)
• Deliveries that didn’t match the order and poll missed it
• Targeting mistakes caught before dispatch

4. Balance withdrawal

• Verified email required
• Minimum 100 TRY
• 3% or 20 TRY fee, whichever is greater; bank wires may add their own fee
• Bonus + coupon credits are not withdrawable — only originally deposited funds
• Processed within 7 business days

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first results in immediate account suspension.
