Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is drawn up under Turkish consumer law (no. 6502) and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Nov 27, 2014). English version is informative; the Turkish version is authoritative for Turkish law purposes.

1. Parties

Seller: Stark Ajans Reklam ve Yazılım San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., Adalet Mah. 2131/3 Sk. No: 13 Daire: 2, Bayraklı / İzmir, Türkiye, MERSIS 0420011673600011, Tax office Karşıyaka / 4200116736.
Buyer: any user registered at https://socinify.com.

2. Subject

Digital services (social-media engagement: followers, likes, comments, views…) procured through third-party providers and delivered to the Buyer’s target account.

3. Right of withdrawal

Per article 15/1/(ğ) of law no. 6502, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital services delivered instantly upon payment. Automatic refund rules from the Refund Policy still apply.

4. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

5. Acceptance

By clicking “Ödemeye geç” (Proceed to payment), the Buyer electronically accepts all articles above.
