• Account: Argon2id password hash, session token hashes, country and currency
• Transactions: orders, ledger entries, uploaded bank receipts
• Order content: social-media links, usernames, custom comment text
• Support: tickets, messages, attached screenshots
• Technical: access logs, error traces, cookies

2. Purposes + legal basis

• Performing the service — contract
• Payments + accounting — legal obligation
• Fraud prevention — legitimate interest
• Marketing email — consent

3. Recipients

Payment service providers, upstream social-growth providers, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, and authorities where legally compelled.

International transfers

Some infrastructure (AWS, Cloudflare, Google Cloud) stores data outside Türkiye, under standard contractual clauses and/or your explicit consent.

4. Retention

• Account + orders: 10 years post-closure (tax law)
• Support tickets: 5 years
• Access logs: 1 year
